My name is Kris. I'm a dog. I think of myself as somewhat elevated above a human. I know I'm being modest. I don't need to argue this with any of my species, but for any human who might drop by let me explain. I forgive your ignorance easily, I'm always ready to play, love and especially share a meal with you.
I want this blog to be a place for dogs to come and share thoughts and commonalities. Cats are welcome too as well as birds. I have a special bond with birds. They like to share their seed with me and I rather like it. The only bird I find odd is the Robin. When they come running out from under a fir tree it freaks me out. They don't' seem to know where they're going, they run all over the place... well I digress here.
People are welcome here too. I'd like people to understand us better. There is this myth that we just nap, eat and bark and that is just not the case. There is room for mutual understanding and I feel this blog may be a good place to work on that.
In the days, weeks and months ahead I'll tell you more about myself, my people and my environment. I hope you'll visit often and share!
